The process is unfamiliar, and the traditional alternative — engaging a tax firm that charges a third or more of your first-year savings — puts professional-quality appeals out of reach for many households.

You file directly
VineWorth is not a law firm and does not file on your behalf. You submit the finished package directly to Cook County, in your own name, typically in about 10 minutes. Filing with the county is free.
Our business model
VineWorth charges a flat $99 per appeal package — that is the entire business model. We do not take a percentage of your savings, we do not sell your data, and we do not charge you if the analysis does not support an appeal. If the public data shows you do not have a case, the platform says so and you pay nothing.
