Running your Assessment Check and seeing whether you're over-assessed is free. You only pay the flat $99 fee if you choose to purchase the ready-to-file appeal package. Filing the appeal with the county is always free and is done by you.
Because the appeal outcome is decided by the county — not by VineWorth — a refund is not available simply because the assessing authority denied or reduced your appeal by a different amount than estimated. Our savings figures are estimates, not guarantees. (You remain covered by the "not satisfied within 14 days" guarantee above.)
